The MAOFP works to influence, and to keep members informed about, healthcare legislation and regulations that affect your practice. MAOFP leadership and members participate in the Michigan Osteopathic Association’s Annual Capitol House Call, which includes meetings with key lawmakers regarding crucial healthcare legislation. The MAOFP also invites legislators to address the MAOFP membership at our annual conferences, which serves as an opportunity both to learn about important legislation and to ask questions.
