Spend an afternoon with us as we discover the causes of physician burnout and how to develop a healthy strategy to minimize it in our personal and professional lives.

Keynote Speaker

Roger Smith, MD, Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education, Professor of Clinical Biologic Sciences, Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine, Florida Atlantic University

Dr. Smith will address the physical and mental collapse caused by overwork or stress and describe how to implement a healthy strategy to minimize the impact of stress and avoid the fatigue and burnout that follow.
