The Michigan Osteopathic Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The Michigan Osteopathic Association designates this activity for a maximum of 22 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
An application for 22 CME credits has to be filed with the American Osteopathic Association. An application for 22 credits has be filed with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). MAOFP will report AOA CME credits to an accredited provider by October 1, 2024.
